I find the best way to make friends on Penguin Club is to talk to anyone and everyone! Sending friendly messages is a good way of making friends and don't be shy if someone talks to you! You can send other penguins messages by clicking on the messages tab on the tool bar. Once you're buddies you can add them to your buddy list and this'll let you find them and chat or play games.
